My love
I know that we had troubles
And I know many of those
There where promises
I couldn’t keep
Expectations I broke
At times I was rowdy
Insensible to hurt feelings
I won’t be a trouble any more
Say that once more.

something tells me it was not 'I love you' that she said, but something infinitely sweeter, like 'look I put twice the milk that i usually have in your coffee, I know you like it nice and white...' with a lively smile playing on her lips...
