What to write

I wonder what to write now. My thoughts have become dark. I could write of hope if I had any, of truth if it was of worth, of despair if it had a limit. Of prayers if I owned any. Of devil if I could fight my own. I know nothing.

What do you do when you do not know who you are.

वो एक ख़ाब  सा है
जो देखा है।
वो खेतों में लहलहाती
इठलाती धानों सा है।
वो बर्फ़ भरे पहाड़ों में
चिड़ियाँ की ची ची की
गर्माहट सा है।
वो एक ख़ाब  सा है
जो देखा है।

जो मिलो कहीं
जो मिलो कभी
एक तसवीर साथ लाना
देखूँ मेरा ख़ाब कैसा है
आजकल
वो एक ख़ाब  सा है
जो मैंने  देखा है।

मंज़िल

मंज़िल बहुत दूर है
और वक्त बहुत कम
रास्ता बहुत मुश्किल है
और उम्मीद बहुत कम
पर थोड़ा हौसला है
बाकी अभी सनम

शायद खुद से समझ न पाऊँ

कभी जो कहीं दुंदो मुझे किसी महफ़िल में
कभी जो कहीं मुस्कुराओ मेरे ख्याल से
तो बताना ज़रूर
शायद खुद से समझ न पाऊँ

कभी कोई बात जो तेरे ज़हन में आये
कभी कोई तकलीफ़ जो तेरे पास आये
कभी कोई शिकवा जो हो ज़माने से
तो बताना ज़रूर
शायद खुद से समझ न पाऊँ

कभी कहीं किसी मोड़ पे ज़िन्दगी की
कभी कहीं कोई अरमान हो आये
कभी कहीं कोई आरज़ू रूठ जाए
तो बताना ज़रूर
शायद खुद से समझ न पाऊँ

Standing on a bus stop
am waiting for my bus
There's lot of faces arround here
And lots of them I Know
But nor do they know me
Neither do I care.
I am last in line
And my bus has little time.
Oh! nor could I board it
Niether does it care.
my bus has little time
And I am last in line.

Standing on a bus stop
Waiting for my bus.
There are many new faces
May be some of them i will know of.
but surely nor anyone will know me
Neither do i really care.
And my bus has little time
So, I am pushed back in line.
Yet nor could i board it
neither does it care.
My bus has Little Time
And I am left last in line.

Standing on a bus stop
Waiting for my bus.
Seldom does it happens
Only once in a while.
There are no other faces
My prospects brightly show.
But my bus has little time
And skips my stop this very time.
Nor could I board it
Neither does it care.

And i am left alone in line.

There are faces thinking they know
Suggesting other ways to go.
But i have only one place to go
My bus is the only way I know.
